Table Games Shift Manager JOB
Summary:
Supervise assigned tables and personnel working in the Blackjack Pit.
EDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:
One year dealing experience preferred.
REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES:
Greets customers and maintains a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Demonstrates good employee and guest relations.
Observes games for possible irregularities with player/dealer conduct.
Ensures Table Games procedures are being adhered to.
Responsible for opening and closing games and tracking dealer rotations.
Ensures customers are having a positive gaming experience and that their needs are being met.
Informs Table Games Shift Manager of any deviation from standard dealing procedures.
Ensures Casino/Departmental Policies and Procedures are followed.
Ensures the integrity of all games.
Renders impartial decisions using all available means, i.
e.
dealer/player, information and surveillance.
Ensures dealer quality and efficiency to increase cost effectiveness.
Follows all Casino & Table Games Policies and Procedures.
Observes all live and tournament games continually.
Must possess the ability to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100.
Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
Must pass pre-employment drug test.
Must be 21 or older.
WORK CONDITIONS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:
Sitting, balance, bend, stand, stoop, twist and walk for 67-100% of work day.
Eye/Hand coordination and wrist motion for 67-100% of work day.
Reach for 34-66% of work day.
While working on casino floor, employee is exposed to high levels of noise daily.
INDIAN PREFERENCE:
Preference will be given to qualified applicants who are members of federally recognized Indian tribes.
